Fast & flexible delivery
Products can be supplied in different sizes of bags, drums, cartons, cans, IBC’s, flexi-tanks, containers or even bulk silo and shiploads. Goods can be palletized according to your needs on many different types of wooden or plastic pallets, ready to be stored in your racks or especially prepared to go straight to your production lines. In case you require specific packaging, we can repack and refill to differing weights.

Personalised packaging
Our supplies are stocked in a centrally located warehouse. Goods in stock can be delivered within 48 hours for deliveries in Belgium. You choose where and when you need them, even if that means 'just in time'. All deliveries are as flexible as can be and tailored to your request. We deliver from 25 kg to bulk shipments.

Document service
We timely provide you with all official documents and certificates you need. Original papers of the producer will be supplied with each product and each batch upon simple request. Just inform us and we will prepare the documents according to your wishes. This way they can be added to the delivery or send separately to an appointed person or specific address.

We have an insurance policy that covers up to 5 million EUR on damaged end products (this does not include recalls). Please contact us as soon as possible if a parcel/product is damaged.

That depends on the product itself. The prevailing packaging consists of bags of 25kg, larger bags of 1,000kg, one-way jerrycans of 25kg, carton boxes of 25kg, one-way IBC’s (Intermediate Bulk Containers) of 1,000kg and returnable double walled IBC’s.
Our most common INCOTERMS are FCA (Free Carrier), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), EXW (Ex Works), CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) and FOB (Free On Board). In our warehouse, we can designate a transit zone for products that are duty unpaid.

Depending on the product, we can offer long-term contracts up to 1 year.
Yes, we have more than 1,000 metric tons of the most common products in stock.
We determine a due date of minimum 30 days after invoice date, depending on credit insurance acceptance.
In the Benelux area, we deliver the goods within 72 hours after order confirmation. In France, we deliver twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays); add 5 working days from the day you receive your order confirmation.
We have all the required documents and/or certificates such as halal, kosher, allergen and nutritional information, original technical datasheets, GFSI certification of the producer and many more.
We deliver from 25kg to bulk shipments.
